I feel good for 2 – 4 hours after taking the coffee. It makes me feel relaxed - helps relieve anxiety and makes me feel more positive about my day. It also makes me feel more present in the world and connected to reality. The memory and cognition benefits - only time will tell. The taste of coffee - the beans as well as the coconut blend - is really good and very palatable. However, I like taking my coffee with milk, and you're supposed to have this with water or non-dairy milk (almond, soy). Having black coffee twice daily gives me acidity issues. Once I finish the current batch, I would switch to taking the mushroom extract in capsule format instead of with coffee. Also, there are similar mushroom coffees available which are much cheaper, around 400 Rs for roughly the same quantity (but without aswagandha). I am not sure how good they are. If you are a fan of black coffee, have it multiple times a day, need the benefits of Lion's Mane, and don't mind the slightly higher price, then this coffee might be for you.

I have been looking for a good Mushroom coffee blend in India for a long time and I believe Ace Blend Shroom coffee is the end of my search. I got it since I've trusted Ace Blend for my protein needs for a long time, and loved the list of ingredients and benefits. What I was blown away by was the taste. It is the perfect medium roast coffee kick with a mellow and nutty smoothness with no bitter aftertaste. I tried it with regular milk and almond milk, and both times, it was the perfect cup of coffee. There was a marked difference in my focus when I had Lion's Mane coffee, as compared to my regular caffeine consumption. Lion's Mane coffee gave me a sustained period of alertness and focus with no crash whatsoever, which was a problem with regular coffee. The Ashwagandha extracts also ensured that my sleep routine was not affected. In fact, it helped me become become more calm and regular in my sleep. I bought it for the superior ingredients, but I will continue to have Shroom coffee because of the taste and sustained benefits. Looking forward to trying all the other variants too!

Well I have in the hype of shroom coffee. It promised many things for ADHD, but I am skeptical. Consumed half the packet but find it just all right. Nothing miraculously but overall I am doing a little better since I started it. Though I restarted excercising and changed my diet to healthy at the same time when I started this. Also, dropped it after a week and switched to good ol plane coffee. Not sure how much this helped but it would be a wonder if it did more than 5%. My Lil experience with shrooms is that they interact only for selected inviduals - gotta be in the DNA. So for the rest of people, it will mostly be a placebo. And for that, it's a huge price for this powder at 1400 inr! If it comes down to 500 I might, yes, might consider it again. Also over-packaging with too much plastic. In Europe, buyers smash such things with critical reviews! Why individual satchets? Are you supplying in a restaurant or a hotel room? Even if, use something biodegradable! Why some well being brand overlook ecological concerns! Lack of understanding their customers - A marketing analyst take.
