Great quality and story
recently purchased a set of hardcover mermaid books for my daughter, and they are absolutely wonderful! The quality is top-notch—sturdy covers, thick pages, and vibrant illustrations that immediately capture a child’s imagination. These books feel like they’re made to last, which is perfect for little hands that love to flip through pages again and again. I loved it so much I bought for friends! The stories are sweet, magical, and age-appropriate, with positive messages about friendship, bravery, and believing in yourself. My daughter was completely enchanted from the first page and asks to read them every night. The mermaid characters are fun and relatable, and the underwater worlds are beautifully brought to life with colorful, detailed artwork. What I love most is that these books are not only visually stunning but also engaging and well-written. They strike the perfect balance between being entertaining and meaningful, making them a joy to read aloud. These hardcover mermaid books make a fantastic gift for any little girl who loves all things magical and ocean-themed. Whether for birthdays, holidays, or just because, they’re sure to become a treasured part of any child’s bookshelf. Highly recommend!

Great book with a little missing
Cute book, lovely pictures. The story is great for younger and older kids (up to 5 or 6). The only downside is (spoiler alert) my 3-year-old kept asking when we’d see the mermaid, and she’s never fully shown. You catch glimpses of her but no smiling, full image. My daughter still liked the book, but I see this as a miss for the younger audience.

Fun rhymes that are easy to follow
story follows a group of kids who try to catch a magical mermaid using creative traps and clever ideas. Each attempt fails in funny ways as the mermaid escapes again and again. The story is told in rhyming text, which makes it fun to read aloud with children.
