The Band worked just for a day and then stopped syncing the data, the alarm and the heart rate when starting a workout worked but normally it stopped syncing the data, also tried unpairing and then connecting again, restarting the phone but still did not work, the customer care told me to return or replace the device due to some issue, but I can see on Reddit that the problem is common. Update: Ordered it again after a month, because saw they updated the band, now it works great, happy with the device

Very disappointing experience. The Amazfit Helio Strap stopped working within a few hours of use. It was charged to around 94%, then suddenly disconnected and never powered on again. No charging light, no response, and cannot pair anymore. Tried multiple chargers and troubleshooting with no success. Looks like a hardware or firmware failure. Not reliable, had to return it.

Best heart rate monitor in the market by far. I compared the metrics to those collected using a Polar H10 hrm chest belt and the results are amazing ! The Helio Strap has identical results to those coming from the Polar ! I even compared the sleep tracker to the one of the Apple Watch Ultra 2 and the results were very close. I'm really impressed by this device and by its price !

Worth it and some more and the software updates are amazing. Update: I’ve been using it for 11 months now, one of the best things I’ve ever done to my health. They keep updating the software and the algorithm, best for someone who’s health conscious but not obsessed about it.

The amazfit gives good stats, its very detailed and it does the 24/7 tracking, you get in youre normal life the 10 days of battery. Its 100% on of the better deal, However compared to cheaper amazfit with screens you might you might consider that 2. The zepp app gives good details, little advices , sleep tracking and its top notch. If you want also Ai in it and sleeping music you need to pay some extra money. But all the normal stats and advices are conepltly open like for the normal watches. +Detailed +Design & battery + Amazfit app is nice and detailed +Super nice small charcher(since you only need it once in a while) + You get a mini small plastic cube...thats it. -You get a mini small plastic cube....thats it. -band is super comfortable material and seems to hold up very well but might feel on the cheaper side.

I can’t fault this device , tested it at Muay Thai , running , swimming , even scuba dived to 15 meters with no issues. Fairly accurate readings and tracking , it’s not a medical tracker. App is very user friendly and is updated regularly
