My entire family LOVES these meat sticks. You can taste the freshness. The texture is meaty, No greasy film, no nasty ingredients. I was sold after reading about the fermentation process of these meat sticks. Excellent flavor. I’ll never stop eating these. Jalapeño are my favorite, they aren’t too spicy.

These grass fed beef sticks are absolutely delicious! The flavor is outstanding, and the level of spice is just right—perfectly balanced without being overpowering. I would definitely buy them again.

Took a Bite that was full of Lardy-Fat!
Tasty; soft in texture which is a plus BUT…at least 3 of them had a section that was straight up lardy FAT! So a mouthful of shortening-like fat is very UNAPPETIZING forcing me to spit out the bite—what a waste! I do not recommend at this time. Fix the problems.

Not always the same taste
A really good product overall, with some inconsistencies in the recipe. The latest shipment tastes like a hotdog wiener rather than the beef stick flavor I am familiar with, and also with very little jalepeno flavor or heat. There must be some occasional inconsistencies in the recipe?
