He was wearing them one day when a buddy of his came up too close and bikes fell over and he got pinned between the two motorcycles , the boots saved his ankle from worse injury than he had. I guess right there that's the best review I can give!

Great Boots, size is exactly as listed ... took a few days to break in, now they are and after the first shoe polish they look and feel great.

Made of real leather pretty stiff shoes not sure of the comfortablity for constant wearing Although they have a side zipper for easy on and easy off you still have to unlace the boots to put them on and off the heels are stiff I ordered a 9m the shoes are loose on my feet so may have to buy a smaller size than u wear But the wafer shoe inserts are thin changed to a thicker insole and the looseness was taken care of
