Tap tempo Univibe!
The tap tempo is sooo nice! That, along with the speed control and subdivision knobs give you all you need to dial in the perfect vibe pulse tempo. And the sound is just amazing, both in Chorus and vibrato mode. The only glitch is with the expression pedal mode vs. tap mode. I don't get any difference when I flip that switch. And I can't find much detailed info about how that works. But it hardly matters, I doubt I'd need it anyway.

Fantastic pedal!
I love this pedal! Obviously because it is JHS it is quite well made. With a Univibe style pedal there is the risk of it being artificial or unwieldly. Not the case at all here and it can be just very subtle to really heavy vibes. The setting allow a lot of flexibility. At minimal settings it can really be kept on fulltime at add a bit underneath. Of course the Trem side is equally flexible but more subtle all around. One thing I will say is that its full potential was diminished playing through a small Orange Crush 12 practice amp with only a 6" speaker and think the pedal demands more air/movement.

Beautiful
I been building guitar pedals for 20 years. I know what a nice pedal is and this is def one. Sound is beautiful, even tho I hate these enclosures (I never build my pedals in them, they look like bricks) this one looks nice on my board cause of the dope color. Build quality is on the high side, you can tell lot a love went in to this build. There are some settings that sound redic with drive. Try it out you wont be disappointed. JOsh, if you reading this. Nice one! Would love for you to try one of my builds!!

Versatile Univibe - Fantastic tones
This is one of my favourite pedals on my board. The tap tempo with subdivisions make this the perfect vibe and the tones are just superb. Great quality pedal. Don't have any issues with the tap tempo as other buyers have. Bought mine in 2020, perhaps they have sorted out the issues. If this is out of your budget try the EHX Good Vibes. Fantastic vibe but not as versatile as the Unicorn. You cannot go wrong with the JHS Unicorn.

disappointing
I bought this after getting frustrated with the amount of space my Fulltone Deja Vibe took on my pedal board. The Fulltone is the best vibe I have ever tried, but after doing some research, I settled on this pedal. It was shrill and just lacked that soul and warmth that the Fulltone has. I messed around it nonstop for a day or two, gave up and sent it back. The search for a smaller vibe continues.

Fantastic Vibe Pedal!
I replaced my MXR univibe with this pedal, and no regrets. The MXR is great, but too dark. It needs a brightness control. The JHS Unicorn is brighter out of the box plus it has more contour controls. This pedal is definitely more to my liking. And it is as analog as you can get since it uses photocell technology. FANTASTIC PEDAL!!

Good but noisy
Sounds good on both wet and dry settings. But, it throbs along with the tap tempo even when “off”. It is not a well thought out design, I’m afraid. If you don’t mind or have a bypass loop switcher then consider it. Not worth the trouble for me tho. I returned it.

Most fun Pedal Ever: This + Marshall = Hendrix
Bought this during the Black Friday 2020 sale for $169.15. It's the first Vibe pedal I've ever owned so I wasn't entirely sure what to expect. I can report that the sounds from this thing are absolutely mind blowing. It makes you feel like playing Hendrix riffs or maybe some Pink Floyd ("Shine on You Crazy Diamond").Tone advice: Sounds good with Fender or Marshall amps. Use an overdrive such as the JHS Bonsai to push the amp. Run this in the effects loop. See image for a cool hendrix like sound.Value: $170 may seem expensive, however when you consider that you are getting a made in USA, all analog pedal, with a lifetime warranty, I feel like it's not unreasonable.
