Really disappointed with this purchase. The fan I received isn’t suitable for use in the UK as it came with a US 120V two-pin plug rather than a UK 230–240V plug. This isn’t something that was made clear before ordering, and it means the fan can’t simply be plugged in and used. After looking through other reviews, it seems I’m not the only person this has happened to, so it appears UK customers are being sent the wrong version. Yes, it’s possible to buy a voltage converter, but that’s an extra cost and inconvenience that shouldn’t fall on the customer when purchasing from the UK site. I’ve always found Amazon to be reliable, which makes this even more frustrating. I hope this listing is corrected or the appropriate UK version is supplied in future, as I’m sure many other customers will be caught out by the same issue. I can't find anywhere to get support with these issues

They Fan does not worth the money I paid for it. took ages to come when it arrive the package was very good & secure in the 3 boxes it came it. However the socket is not British! I think its American! The manufacturers should have made us known the socket plug is not British. I am very disappointed also I dont know how to fit the other parts the instruction is not clear to me. I wish I could send it back but it too much hassle. My sister wanted one after seeing mine she didnt bother to order. Ledil are selling tower fans for £59.99 & they are brilliant with 3 year guarteen & got remote control

So bought this fan and was eagerly waiting for its arrival as it got shipped out from the US. When it came it had the US power outlet. After looking over the product on the internet realised I only needed a UK power outlet as the models for UK and US are identical. So i went ahead and bought a UK power outlet for £25.99 that amazon covered with a gift card as i complained about the issue and wallah it arrives and it works fine. When buying the power outlet you won’t find the Fa222 model power outlet. Purchase the FA220 model power outlet and that is all you need. The fan is brilliant but only giving it a 3 star due to all the inconvenience. I also managed to get compensation for all the convenience too. Do not return it if you have waited a while for the delivery, just do as I have said above and you shall be fine.

Brilliant fan for the short time I've used it, moves a load of air, is whisper quiet at setting 1-3 and the remote is very handy. I've used the misting attachment on a friend's version, and it is also great, it really cools you down in this heat, but it does chuck out quite a lot of water even as a fine mist so you will want to keep it away from electronics etc. Now for the negatives unrelated to the fan. Unfortunately, I am in the same boat as many of the other reviewers that the products I received is the US model with an incompatible power supply. I have tried to arrange a replacement/refund and the "specialist" I spoke to had the following to say. Prince Cyrel: "First of all it's clearly not our fault since you're the one who purchased this item and shipped it on US. and now you want a refund here on Amazon uk." - so as a heads up to all of us UK that purchased this product completely unaware of what we'd be receiving and hoped to get some help from customer service, the "service" I've received will just assign blame and talk down to you for not knowing (even though it isn't mentioned anywhere) what you'd be receiving. Very disappointed with the chat I've had but I'm reluctant to return the product because it's out of stock in a lot of places or a lot more expensive. Just an fyi for others in this position, some research indicates a UK 3 pin Adapter 100-240V AC Input, 12V DC Output rated at 4amps or 5amps might be appropriate but do your own research first to be sure.

Had to return as did not have UK plug. Fast refund and very easy return. Awaiting new UK stock to reorder

Unfortunately we are now the proud owner of this product , of which we are unable to charge owing to the American 120v 2 pin mains connection. After referring to other clients who have bought the same fan it now becomes obvious that you are shipping this product for use in the UK which is incompatible with the mains plug. I am very upset about this as clearly Amazon should have sorted this out , but clearly all shipments to people in the UK are returning owing to this issue. Obviously we are able to purchase a conversion plug, but this is at an additional cost to ourselves, not acceptable. We buy regularly with Amazon and have always been happy with its customer service, however you need to sort this issue ASAP.

Do not buy if you are from the UK! Does not come with a UK plug as the item is shipped from the US, despite this being ordered on the UK Amazon. It baffles me how Amazon can ship to the UK knowing it won’t work. You won’t be able to use an adapter either because the wattage is different.

If you order the Shark Flex Breeze FA222 fan you will receive an American version with American charger. Even though it is ordered from Amazon UK...its about as much use as a chocolate teapot. Amazon do not supply a UK charger and I cannot get one off Shark either. Amazon are supposed to be refunding me in full, but I now have a useless fan in the corner of my lounge. They do not mention anything about a US charger on the product description for the UK site..lots of customers have been caught out by this. Very disappointed in Amazon UK for placing customers in this position

Lo compre por los apagones de mi ciudad y la pila me duró en el 4 me duró unas 2 ah 3 horas , es buen producto y silencioso es práctico y fácil de mover

Cumple con lo que promete, me encantó, en la 1ra y 2a velocidad no hace ruido, en las siguientes va subiendo de acuerdo a la velocidad pero tampoco es que haga muchísimo ruido, estoy muy con8con mi compra, la pila según la velocidad dura muy bien, cómodo de transportar.

Okay I cannot say enough about these fans so I got them on a really good deal they were on sale I could not be happier I was going to buy one and then I bought two so they're so easy to put together and it was just so fantastic because I was trying to find something for an outdoor shed that my husband works in and it doesn't have electricity but I have bought solar panels so he has lights out there I bought a solar radio so he has a radio out there and then I was looking for some way for him to have some air motion or something going on and I found these I love them so you can charge them and then it lifts right off of the base and I can take it all the way down and we turn the fan on it rotates back and forth has like five different fan levels and everything so you know it depends on what level you're at but even at the highest level of the fan being on it still work for like 2 and 1/2 hours they are so wonderful and the cooling I am so impressed it has a feature on it that you can hook up like a hose or something to at work and missed I have not tried that function yet but I had even gone back and was going to buy more as gifts but they weren't on sale and I just felt like that I did get on the sound was able to afford to buy two of these but I am telling you they are amazing I cannot say enough about them so if you find them on sale and pick one up because you are going to love it and I just want to say the base of this band you cannot knock it over you cannot you would have to have like a Great Dane running to the house and he would run into it and maybe it might fall over that's how sturdy it is giggles really good product

Mala experiencia debido a que el producto ya había sido abierto (lo pedí NUEVO). No sé si me enviaron un producto de devolución o porqué estaba RESELLADO mi producto, en las imágenes se observa el mal estado del encintado, se observaba una ligera capa de polvo en el articulo, el ventilador funciona bien hasta el momento a pesar del detalle mencionado pero el control no sirve, pensé que quizás las pilas no servían y compre otras que por cierto ojalá fuese recargable con cable, es de pila circular :/ Amazon debería ser más cuidadoso con esos detalles, trato de comprar cosas que sean enviadas y vendidas por ellos para mayor seguridad de los productos y me fallaron.
