This is a great way to enter the world of artists inks. If you've never dabbled before, then be assured that the colours offered here, and the quality of the ink will not disappoint. Firstly, the outer packaging itself, though relatively flimsy, is enough to keep everything together in transit. But the bottles themselves are great - slightly wider at the bottom, and squat enough to reduce the risk of tipping them over in use. The inks themselves are incredible. The vibrancy and consistency of the colours is mind blowing. It really will take your art to another level. They can be used with a dip pen and/or applied with water as a wash. Using the 'wash' technique opens up a whole world of possibilites. They react well to different ratios of water offering a very subtle colouration, all the way to the supremely vivid. the colours also layer very well, allowing you to build up value or blend shades. From loose, washy sketches to fine line pen and ink drawings, these won't let you down. And, finally, for those worried about the 'value for money' given what seems like a small amount of ink per bottle - don't worry about that. You'll use very small amounts of ink to achieve the desired effect. I can imagine these lasting for a very long time to come.

Encre de très bonne qualité que j'utilise pour le dessin. Toutes les couleurs sont éclatantes, elles sont dilluable à l'eau et miscible; du coup même si les flacons de ce lot ne sont pas d'une très grande contenance, il y a quand même de quoi faire. Les étiquettes des flacons sont très jolies, ce qui ne gâche rien ! C'est un très bon rapport qualité prix.

This are probably the best inks you can use for dip pens and brush work. Just use a nice watercolour paper. The selection of colours is great
