Nunca llegó a funcionar
El sistema prometía, de verdad. La instalación del hardware fue rapidísima, claramente entendible e intuitiva. En seguida vinculé el dispositivo en la app correspondiente, creé el perfil del hogar, todo fluido... hasta el momento de que el dispositivo y la máquina se comunicasen. Llamé al centro de Atención al Cliente, rehicimos paso a paso la instalación, reseteamos el dispositivo, la app... hasta que finalmente la conclusión era que no hay comunicación entre el dispositivo y la máquina. En ese momento entramos en un bucle de mails dónde la única respuesta que me daban era que se debía acceder al menú de instalador (en mi termostato no existe tal menú) y seleccionar el valor 01 en la función 10... el valor 01 en la función 10... exacto, la misma cara se me quedó a mí... Todo lo sencillo e intuitivo que parecía el proceso se fue al garete cuando el servicio técnico te refiere a un menú (inexistente) para aplicar una configuración críptica... ya que ellos conocían la existencia de ese menú, lo normal sería compartir el procedimiento para acceder a él, en lugar de remitirme una y otra vez a unos manuales en los que no se hace mención de dicho menú (por que no existe). El remate es tener que pagar los gastos de envío de la devolución de mi bolsillo... de traca...
