Xlear Max Natural Nasal Spray with Xylitol, 45 ml (Pack of 2)

Works great! Cleared out my nose better than my prescription nose sprays! The first time I used it I did feel a little burning, but not bad....just knew it was working! With the xilotol it has a sweet after flavor if it drips down the back of your throught, unlike the nasty flavor from some of the prescription allergy nose sprays.

If you are stuffed up and need relief, this is will open you right up. Since it has pepper in it, start with 1 spray, wait 20 minutes and if you need more, try another. In other words, find out how much your nose needs, I settled on 2 sprays per nostril.

This Max version is better than the standard. The capsicum isn't overly powerful. Just enough yo get the job done. Since I started using this product, I have stopped using prescription meds. I felt that I was on them too long and over medicated. I like this spray because use it as needed without over doing prescription meds.

This spray came highly recommended by my son's Pediatrician. We couldn't find it in any stores or pharmacies, so I needed to order from Amazon. I'm so glad I did! It came within two days and to my surprise it really does work. It won't clear the stuffiness completely (if it's the rock-solid kind of stuffed nose), but it definitely helps to keep sinuses more loose and free from infection. It has a natural anti-bacterial agent in it plus Aloe to soothe from that dry, burning sensation that comes with stuffy noses. Since it's all natural, it can be used as often as needed.

Since finding this spray a couple years ago…quite by accident, I’ll always keep it stocked, and have a few extra to give away to those who need immediate relief. None habit forming, doesn’t swell membranes, and gives almost immediate relief. Pair this with a Neti Pot and you’ll thank me later. Used this as a stocking stuffer last year.
