The Bran with 1000 uses
This is my primary source of fiber. These are great as a compliment to cereal. I normally use 75% of the recommended cereal serving size and replace the caloric equivalent with All Bran Buds. They taste pretty bland, so you won't notice them when you add them to cereal. The wife uses them when she blends up workout smoothies and she loves it. Another great use is for filler in hamburgers to hold them together. They add a bit of weight to the burger without any additional flavor and really help the burger stick together.

Works like a charm
This is a very healthy way to have a good BM, I usually just add it with my yogurt and add a couple dried plum and fig, then it works like a charm. Recommend.
