Delicious and Nutritious!!
I love this cereal. It’s whole wheat and just the right amount of sweet and cinnamon. It doesn’t turn soggy in milk. I think it’s great value for the money. It stays fresh in my refrigerator for as long as it takes to finish the big box. It’s organic and not super processed. Yummmm!! Fiber content is excellent. Quality is excellent.

No sodium, and great for blood pressure!
This is an awesome cereal because it has absolutely no sodium in it. This means it is great for anyone who has elevated blood pressure or diagnosed high blood pressure. I have found, however, that there's a certain way you have to eat it to maintain the cinnamon sweet flavor and to keep it from getting soggy. You can't just pour it in a bowl and pour milk over it. Well, you can do that but you would get a soggy, bland bowl of cereal. Instead, you should get yourself one of the cereal bowls that has a divider so that you can have the cereal on one side and the milk on the other side. As you eat it, put two pieces of cereal into the milk and then take them out one by one and eat them. Then put two more pieces of cereal into the milk and then take them out and eat them. That is the way to keep the cinnamon sweetness that's on the cereal for your taste buds and to keep the cereal crunchy rather than getting very soggy. Put differently, you only want pieces of cereal sitting in the milk for just a few seconds before you eat them otherwise the flavor of the cereal evaporates into the milk and the cereal pieces get very soggy. The cereal also has a good amount of fiber and protein. While it has some sugar, the sugar content is not as bad as a lot of other breakfast cereals. I very highly recommend this cereal for anyone who is trying to keep their sodium levels low to maintain their blood pressure.

The healthier choice yet delicious wheat square!
These are great wheat squares if you are seeking a healthier, less sugary alternative from other name, brand cereals. We love that they are organic, which means no glycophate pesticide, and they have a nice texture and crunch - good for snacking dry or with milk. We have them on autoship and use at least a box a month.

Fills you up
Fills you up. Not too sweet but the perfect amount of sugar. I buy this to use as a quality, non-guilty bedtime snack. I love that there are only a few ingredients and that they are natural. Box is large and value for the money is great.
