So i pre ordered this on November 29 and said it will be here January 11but got changed to January 25,and says if i buy it now it'll be here jan 18

Same thing happened to me. I just canceled my preorder and just ordered it normally and it arrived earlier than the preorder date.

Does the infinity gauntlet made for endgame hulk fit this one?

The endgame gauntlet that comes with the endgame iron spider does fit on this hulk

It says he’s 8inch tall. How tall is he really???

That information is indeed correct. The figure is 8 inches in height.
