110LBS/24H Commercial Ice Maker Machine Under Counter/Freestanding

This Zomagas ice maker cranks out the ice. We've used it for a 6 month summer (2025) in Michigan at our marina. It's hidden away in a big dock box with air vents & nothing around the ice maker. It sits up on a 3 inch tall base that we built for it. We just installed a new water filter for this summer. It ran non stop & smoothly with no issues last year. We are quite pleased with it. I never went without ice in my drinks or ice for our coolers. We always had plenty of ice for our neighbors drinks as well. Great investment if you take good care of it.

Unbeatable at the price point. Considering how absurdly expensive ice makers can be for some reason this little unit does a great job at a great price. It says it is not for outside use due to lack of insulation but this is under a cover counter in a Texas summer and it keeps ice incredibly well. It's also very lightweight for what it is, very easy to unpack and setup. Starts making ice quickly and continues at a rapid pace, dropping several batches an hour in the medium setting which is faster than any fridge ice maker Ive had.

This ice machine is not as described at all. Even if I had this thing plugged in outside in the attic circle, it is not producing 120lbs of ice in 24hrs. It will produce 4-8 lb bags. After it makes 8lbs of ice it is filled to the lever which then doesn’t allow any more ice to drop and therefore it stops producing so you have to watch it and empty it continuously. I did this and again only 4-8lb bags. By no means would this be considered a commercial ice maker, produce 120lbs in 24 hours, or hold anywhere near to 33 lbs of ice. It holds 8. I am NOT happy. I do not have the box. I would NEVER purchase this again as it was all lies. In fact I wouldn’t buy anything from this company at all since it was so grossly misleading.

Very good ice machine. Much better than our old one. Never without ice. Very reliable. Just wish the ice bin was removable to dump into the ice chest.

You have to level it first or the water jug will tip. Make sure you use the adapter, if you need to, and you will need to if your water jug lid screws on. We had to buy separate adapter. Makes square, HARD ice in big chunks. You have to chop the ice up right away after you put it in freezer. Otherwise, if you wait, it's like chopping cement. Makes a lot in a short period of time. You cannot turn it off by pushing the power button. You have to unplug it to turn it off.

Update: Got 3 weeks out of it before it died. It was replaced with an identical unit which lasted 5 weeks. Such a bummer. I’m just so pleased with this machine. I’ve had it running for two weeks and it’s a champ. The ice is crystal clear and cube size is perfect. This unit is not a freezer and is not meant to keep the ice in the bin frozen, BUT….it seems to have amazing insulation and it’s keeping the ice nice and ready to go! Seems to be a great value….this machine produces 2-3x’s the volume of all previous machines I’ve owned for not much more. If you have the room for a slightly larger than countertop machine, this is the one!

Is there a negative button? I ordered this machine and the filter hoses and the fitting are so small it didn't fit on any sink or washing machine outlets. I had to buy a shower head rod adapter in order for it to work in my laundry sink. That was just the start. After I got it all hooked up it seemed to work great. However after about 30min of ut being on I went to my basement which had now flooded due to the hose connection on the filter popping off consistently. I emailed and asked for a work around or new filter etc. There is no work around or replacement parts. Thankfully I was home and the damage was minimal but not worth the hassal or money. Do not buy this machine! I was told just to return the machine to Amazon and find a different And yes all pictures were sent to the supplier.

Its an ok ice machine. It works well producing ice, but the chest doesnt keep the ice cold enough to keep in there so you constantly have to take the ice into another freezer or it melts.
