Just eye hooks, they do the job. Heavy duty, for sure.Nothing special, what can you expect?

I purchased these so I can mount my resistance bands to a couple studs in my wall. Probably one of the smartest decisions when it comes to purchasing items on Amazon lately because it works just as good as the expensive resistance band anchor for sale. Very satisfied.
