The product is great, and also the was down within 24 hrs. The fan is wokin' great and very silent and gives good air flow as compare its size (1200mm), works smoothly with Atomberg Home, Gemini and Alexa. Highly recommend. People can buy it. And best in this price range, I could have found. I have another Atomberg pedestal fan which is 1.5 years old and till today works finely. I think I could say that Atomberg is a very reliable brand.

I recently purchased the Atomberg Aris Contour, and as a product, it is an absolute engineering marvel. The build quality is exceptional, with perfect fitment and zero wobbling—a common issue I’ve faced with metal fans. The ABS blades are flawless and deliver a wide, encompassing breeze rather than a harsh, straight column of air. After using this, standard fans just feel useless! The technology is equally impressive. The central LED light creates a rich ambiance and works great as a night light, while the remote operation makes everything incredibly convenient. Ceiling fans have evolved a long way, and this feels like perfection. However, Atomberg’s service and quality control leave a lot to be desired. First, the "free" installation technician demanded ₹200, which is upsetting when it's advertised as free. Second, there was clear cost-cutting on the hardware: the threads on the main fan bolt were completely stripped right out of the box. The technician had to run to a nearby hardware shop to buy a new bolt just to finish the installation. This kind of penny-pinching on basic hardware is annoying and completely undermines an otherwise premium experience. Bottom line: The fan is a 10/10, but Atomberg needs to fix their service and business practices.

First Fan in my Life I said wow! how is that possible.. it is super silent.. even at 6th speed it makes very less wind noise.. excellent quality and looks

I had a very disappointing experience with both Amazon and Atomberg regarding my fan replacement and customer support. I ordered an Atomberg fan from Amazon and it was delivered on May 1st. During installation, the Atomberg installation team charged me ₹250 even though it was advertised as “Free Installation.” After installation, I immediately found that the fan remote was not working. I raised a complaint on Amazon the same day, and I was clearly informed that a replacement fan would be delivered, installed by the team, and the defective fan would be taken back by them. After waiting 9 days without any resolution, on May 9th the replacement request was suddenly cancelled saying that I myself must uninstall the fan and keep it ready. This is completely unfair because uninstalling the fan costs another ₹500, and nobody is taking responsibility for that extra expense. Again I contacted customer support, and they assured me that the issue was escalated and would be resolved within 48 hours. They once again promised replacement installation and pickup of the defective fan. But the next day, another customer care executive said they are “not responsible,” blamed it on the system, and told me to uninstall the fan myself and only a refund would be provided. For the last 10 days, I have been sleeping outside in the hall without a fan because of this issue. Neither Amazon nor Atomberg cared about the inconvenience caused to the customer. The most disappointing part was the behavior of customer support. When I asked who would compensate the ₹500 uninstall charges and the inconvenience caused, the executive refused to answer properly and even said, “If you want, I will disconnect the call,” and then disconnected the call without resolving the issue. Very poor customer service, poor coordination, and zero accountability. Extremely disappointed with this experience.
