Perfect knife
Beautiful knife that cuts very well. I purchased a new knife because I needed one that cut better. I have arthritis and this one is perfectly balanced and cuts easily. Great value and a quality knife.

Nice knife made in Japan
This is one super sharp knife! It said it's made in Japan and you can see in the picture, Japan. I love the handle on this knife and it slices and chops with ease.

Cuchillo resistente, con buen peso para romper o cortar
Me gusto, siento que tiene buen peso para cortar o romper. Yo lo utilice para romper huesos de res (son bastante resistentes) y los pude romper después de algunos golpes, en las imágenes (tomadas después de usarlo) se observa que NO se astilla, NO se dobla el filo y eso que si aplique bastante fuerza para romper los huesos, lo cual me parece genial, me da a pensar que es de buen material. A mí parecer no tiene un filo destacable pero si corta. Por lo que estuve revisando es recomendable lavarlo y secarlo para evitar que se oxide, segun por lo que dice de ser acero al carbono aunque no viene mucha información. Solo viene el cuchillo con su funda, sin documentación o información. En conclusión se siente un cuchillo que va a durar mucho tiempo con sus cuidados. Lo que no me gustó es que no viene documentación de la marca, garantía, tipo de acero o material o recomendación de cuidados. En un segundo intento si se llegó a doblar un poco más el filo, entiendo que es normal que pase por el tipo de uso, aún así, es poco el daño. En un momento hasta golpie el piso cuando se rompe el hueso (se observa en el vídeo) y aún así se observa en un estado respetable.
