Great for travel and getting back into a sleep routine
I bought the Dream Water Sleep Aid Drink in Snoozeberry flavour to help with sleep while travelling, especially on a trip to New Zealand where the time change made it harder to settle into a normal routine. The flavour is actually pretty good and easy to drink, not overly strong or medicinal tasting. I found it convenient to pack and use when I needed something simple before bed. It helped me relax and made it easier to wind down after long travel days and adjusting to a new time zone. Overall, I was happy with it. It is a convenient sleep aid option, especially for travelling, jet lag, or those nights where you just need help getting into sleep mode.

Definitely worth it but
This work pretty great i usually fall asleep 30min after drinking an wake up feeling good but donโt drink too often or you start getting some bonkers up dreams from what I have experienced Iโd say space them out between nights instead of every night
