I wanted to try out candle making as was asked by a couple of my friend to laser engrave candle holders in memory of their loved ones, so thought be good to also make the candle. With this kit there is everything you need to start making your own candle and the selection of fragrances is good for a starting kit. The wax casserole heater is safe and easy to use, following the instructions provided. Even better is that my daughter likes to get involved and is now making her own for gifts for friends. Would make a perfect christmas to any creative if you are struggling with ideas.

A nice kit ideal for dates and couple activities. Kit as a whole is good, value for money is debatable but for those looking to do this thing precisely it’s great. Everything within the kit is of a fairly good quality and there’s a great amount of variety. The gift boxes and molds in particular stood out as going above what competitors may. Having said that the kit lets itself down with the wicks which do not burn nicely and went out very quickly on its own when I burnt my own candle. I would recommend buying your own wicks. The kit is easy to use and perfect for beginners, great thing to do at home but as I mentioned getting your own wicks is something I highly recommend

Bought as a gift so haven’t used it but was impressed with the contents and quality for the money. Has full instructions and plenty of beautiful products to make many candles.

Not the best to be honest. It’s ok when getting started and practicing but you’ll soon realise the wicks provided aren’t great and are quite useless. You need TCR wicks which burn so much better but the width is not correct for even burning! Therefore a waste also. The only decent fragrances, in my opinion are the jasmine, freesia and lavender. They dyes are ok but I purchased other ones. Unsure about the dried flowers but I wouldn’t use them. When burning they really do stink, so I wouldn’t want to add these in any candle. Others may be more creative than I am. For just under £50, I wouldn’t buy it again. Definitely a good kit to find out all the things that aren’t correct if you want to make a decent candle. You DO need a candle thermometer!

O kit é muito bom pra iniciar a produção de velas, a panela para a cera tem termostato, o que ajuda muito, é fácil de fazer e vem com manual ensinando a fazer (mas não consta as quantidades). O kit é bem completo, vem tudo que precisa pra fazer as velas, luva, flores, embalagem para presentear, vidros e latinhas para as velas Alguns pontos não muito legais: - as essências são pequenas, então pra cada vela vai um tubo inteiro de essência. - Importante cuidar a voltagem também, comprei ele 110 e minha casa é 220, então precisei comprar um transformador - não gostei muito dos cheiros das essências, mas achei legal para iniciar, depois pretendo comprar mais Apesar disso adorei e recomendo muito
