Outstanding knife

NOT Stainless Steel.
I have several Cold Steel fixed blades. All great, but I question if this knife is actually stainless steel as the text says. Every version of the SRK I have seen with a black blade has been carbon steel; either Carbon-V in the old days, or SK5 today. If the seller can show us a picture of the other side of the blade, it will show the type of steel used. UPDATE: I ordered this knife, on the off chance that Cold Steel made a special run of stainless steel SRKs that had black painted blades (which they usually only put on their high carbon/tool steel fixed blades). As expected, the blade is marked SK-5, which is a type of non-stainless tool steel.
