Great toaster bought as a replacement for old model. Toasts really well and looks smart in the kitchen. So far working great

This is a great toaster. Well finished even though it’s very light weight. Toast is very evenly done and is consistent. Controls are very simple and effective. All in all this performs better than very expensive toasters I’ve previously owned and is very competitively priced. A top machine!

Lovely looking toaster. Good size slots for bagels and thicker bread. Toasts and reheats too ! Very pleased with this product. Slot to collect crumbs is a bit fiddly to get out but no other complaints . Definitely recommend .

Great quality product purchased in the June sale for just over £34 along with Russell Hobbs kettle. The toaster is very quick toasting therefore more efficient and looks so good on the wok surface along side the kettle.

Great toaster, looks great and good value for money. Only drawback is that the right side toasting slots don’t work independently from the left, so the left side is used more than the right if you are only toasting two slices.

Lovely looking toaster. Toasts quickly. Fits large and thick slices of bread in without bending bread.

To begin with it worked fine. However, in the last couple of months it has been worse than useless. When you depress the knob to toast the bread, the carriage doesn’t go down easily – it’s very tight & graunches. No matter what toasting setting is used, the bread doesn’t toast, & browning is erratic. The bread also is not ejected – you have to manually lift the lever. I thought that by buying a mid-range toaster I would at least get a machine that can produce an evenly browned piece of toast. Not so. Very disappointed. Waste of money.

I had to go and buy an adaptor to make it work. The English plug does not work in Australia.

Cooks well, only disappointing thing is that you have to use the same side when cooking 2 pieces of toast. The right side only works if the left side is also in use.

After two months of use, one of the toaster levers broke when pressing it down to lower the toast. The rod that holds the lever is made of very flimsy plastic and is hollow inside, so it snapped when pressed.

Silly design, the two left slots need to be down before the right two slots will work. If you put bread in the left slots and then put bread in the two right slots half way through the toasting all 4 slots will pop at the same time. I also presume if there is ever an issue with the left side not working then the right side will also not work.
