テレビで体幹トレーニングにいいと放送され、いいお値段でしたが、思い切って購入しました。 まだ届いたばかりですが、実際やり始めてみて、、、とても効きそうです。 スポーツをやっている子供のために購入したのですが、 自分も一緒に体幹を鍛えたいと思います。

試しに使用してみましたが、結構効きそうです。 効果はこれからになりますが、期待してます。

el articulo llegó usado venía sucio y con mal embalaje pero al probarlo y comprobar que es un excelente entrenador para mejorar equilibrio y fuerza decidí quedarme con el, al cabo de una semana observe que el mismo articulo tenía un buen descuento decidí regresar el articulo y cambiarlo por otro igual, ahora con descuento. Gracias a la excelente normatividad que manejó Amazón en cuanto a la devolución del producto estoy muy contenta de poder sacar el mayor provecho a este magnífico entrenador, altamente recomendable.Gracias Amazón.

Almost regretted ordering this because there are a ton of recent negative reviews and I am generally very skeptical about positive reviews that look and sound as though they were written by chatGPT. However, I am pleased to say that I received my bosu ball last night and so far everything has been totally fine. The pump: I had no issues pumping up the ball with the pump that was included. It aired up fast (took me maybe 10 minutes but half of that was because I had to stop briefly to take my dog out to potty) and super easily. Yes, it got to a point where I could hear the air hissing out as I was pumping it but my solution was to just pump a little faster. At no point was it difficult physically to pump (I have an inflatable paddle board and let me tell you, after pumping that thing up, this ball was a leisurely walk in the park in comparison). I was provided with 2 plugs (they were inside the pump when it arrived, so check there if yours appear to be missing) and it seems to have plugged up just fine. I don't hear any air leaking. I did a 15 minute workout from Bosu's Youtube channel and it was a lot more challenging than I expected (a good thing!). I am super pleased with my purchase so far, though keep in mind I'm writing this review the day after I received it so I can't comment on longevity yet. If I have any issues, I'll update but so far I am pleased. I think the only slightly critical thing I could maybe say is that the box it came in was damaged on the bottom a bit upon arrival, but that probably had more to do with the company that shipped it, and at any rate, the bosu ball was not damaged at all, just the box. The only reason I mention it is because there is a line on the box that's supposed to be a measurement for how tall you inflate the bosu ball and I was afraid that the damaged box might make that line less accurate, but I was able to flatten it against my carpet just fine despite the box damage.

I tore my ACL and have started using this (at my physios advice) to improve my stability and stamina. It has been great!
