Pathetic
Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience I purchased the boAt Airdopes Prime 701 as a gift for my husband in the USA, and unfortunately, this turned into a terrible experience. When my husband opened the package, we immediately noticed that the box had already been opened and was resealed with different tapes instead of the original company seal. I had specifically ordered the Black color, but we received White instead. Things got even worse after opening the box: - ❌ No charging cable was included - ❌ The right-side Airdopes is not charging/working - ❌ The product clearly appears to have been opened, tampered with, or previously handled - ❌ The product received was not the color I ordered I have pictures showing all of these issues. This is completely unacceptable, especially when purchasing a product as a gift. The biggest problem is that my husband is currently in the USA, and because of the circumstances, he is unable to simply return the product. What was supposed to be a gift has instead become a huge disappointment and a waste of money. boAt, this is not the experience a customer expects from a reputed brand. Sending an opened package with the wrong color, missing accessories, and a defective earbud is simply pathetic quality control and fulfillment. I strongly recommend that customers check the packaging carefully before accepting/opening the product, especially if it is being purchased as a gift. Very disappointed with this purchase and the overall experience. Pathetic!

Good for music and general purpose, not good for calls.
Good earbuds, first time they came, the left earbud wasn't working. Placed a complaint and it got replaced and now working really fine. Good purchase.

Fantastic Product & Smooth Delivery Experience!
I ordered the boAt Airdopes Prime 701 ANC and I am extremely satisfied with the overall experience. The earbuds look premium and the build quality feels very strong. The sound output is amazing — vocals are clear, bass is deep, and ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) works effectively in blocking outside noises. It really enhances the listening experience whether I'm on calls, watching movies, or enjoying music. The touch controls are very responsive and make it easy to pause/play music, change tracks, adjust volume, and enable features without touching the phone. The voice control support also works perfectly, making tasks like calling, changing music, and voice commands smooth and hands-free. For gaming, the low latency mode performs very well. There is almost no delay between sound and visuals, which makes gaming more enjoyable and responsive. The battery backup is impressive and lasts long even with ANC ON. The connection remains stable, and the comfort level is great for long usage. I am extremely satisfied — excellent earbuds with great features, premium sound quality Battery life is one of the best highlights. It easily lasts for long sessions and the charging case provides great backup. Bluetooth connection is stable with no lag issues during videos or gaming. The ear fit is comfortable and doesn’t cause pain even after long usage. The product was packed securely and delivered on time. Everything inside the box was intact and brand-new. Delivery person was polite and the process was smooth. Overall, this product exceeded my expectations! Value for money and a must-buy for anyone looking for quality earbuds with ANC. Highly recommended! 🎧🔥

Simple review
The product is good and work well overall However, there is some issue regarding delay when closed the charging case and Bluetooth is stay connected atleast 8 to 11 sec and there is one more issue regarding charging case quality it's feels like if slipt from my hand it could be get major damage, which can be a little inconvenient for me. Apart from this issue, I'm satisfied with the sound quality of the product
