ECO-WORTHY 48V Home Backup Power, 5120Wh LiFePO4 Battery,AC 5000W Inverter

I bought this to use as a power station off grid for every day living, until I can add solar panels. Its fairly simple to set up. The inverter functions as it should and the battery is great. They didn't send me the battery/inverter communication cord that was supposed to come with it, iv contacted eco worthy by email and no response just yet. The tech support over the phone was helpful and knowledgeable but its a pain to get through to them, it takes several calls back to back to get through to someone. I use a small 5000w inverter generator to charge the battery at 25amps. It takes around 2.5-3 hrs to charge entirely at this rate. If you had a larger generator or 30-50amps to charge it, it would fully charge in under 1.5hrs easily. So far its met all our needs. Ill definitely be adding more batteries and buy a larger generator in the future for faster charging. Id recommend this product. You cant beat the price in a power station for the watt hours and the price. It shipped quickly.

I've purchased two batteries and the off-grid inverter. Originally, the inverter would start with a fan failure error code. After several emails Eco-Worthy sent shipping labels and replaced the unit. The replacement unit seems to be working now after configuration of settings. Inclined to give them 5 stars for customer service, but overall can't do it because their user manual is pretty bad, one pages info contradicts another, etc. Then there is quality control with the initially shipped unit. Everything is currently set up, configured and running for my intended purpose. Time will tell.

I purchased six inverters, six batteries and six solar tracker systems. I'm currently running two AC 5000W Inverters, charging six 5120Wh LiFePO4 batteries from two1600W Solar Tracker Systems. I plan to be 100% on solar by the end of this year when everything is hooked up. It's great to have a whole system from the same manufacturer. The best part was their customer service. I thought I had an issue with the charging portion and after multiple emails and even a personal teams meeting, I found out the system is charging as intended. I can't speak highly enough about the customer support,(Charlie and Dante) they were the ones constantly reaching out to me to solve the issue and make sure I was satisfied! Easy installation and I think great value for the cost. The only issue I ran into was trying to feed the appropriate size wire to and from the inverters. I had to go with a 200 amp breaker for the a/c out which requires two 3/0 awg wires and a 100 amp breaker for the a/c in which requires two 2 awg wires. Those wires plus two 6 awg wires for the grounds and the two 10 awg wires for the pv is a lot to try and get through the three provided holes. Other than that, everything does what it's supposed to without issue.
