I can say I do have to water down a lot because it's too sweet for my taste, but it tastes good. The bad thing is, for some odd reason, I get really bad headaches when I take this. Should I take half a pouch? Please help.

I’ve been using the packets for 2 weeks now. I fell like I have more energy and not so sluggish. The taste is a little sweet so I mix some of the powder with 32 oz of water. I repeat this 3x’s during the day. Helps me drink my 96 oz of water in a day.

I’ll never know if this is helpful, because it is honestly one of the most disgusting things I have ever tasted. It taste very chemically; I don’t tend to drink anything with any added sugar, so maybe that’s why I hated it so much. If you’re used to drinking soda, you might not mind it so much. It also didn’t fully dissolve after stirring it for a while.
