Pure World Black Seed Oil 100ML High Strength Thymoquinone Cold & Freshly Pressed Nigella Sativa. Glass Bottle Kalonji

I was so excited to finally start using black seed oil that I started way too fast and suffered the consequences for it. As soon as my 3 bottles arrived, I started by taking a full teaspoon, twice a day. This quickly caused all sorts of digestive issues, horrific burps and toilet visits every half an hour, even through the night! After 2 days, I was forced to quickly reduce my dosage to just half a teaspoon with my evening meal, my issues quickly sorted themselves out and now I have been slowly increasing my usage back up to 1 teaspoon, twice a day. My advice is to start off slow with a very small dose of you're new to black seed oil, otherwise you will quickly be put off and give up or blame the product itself! After a full week using this product and introducing it gradually as you’re supposed to, I can honestly say that it’s been amazing! My energy levels are now at a constant level throughout my working day, I fall asleep very quickly when I go to bed despite suffering with anxiety and some insomnia for several years. I have a much more positive outlook and can even feel the positive detoxifying changes which are occurring within my body. I’m much more relaxed and focused generally as a person. I really can’t believe how this is transforming me! I’ve had 3 work colleagues comment this week about how much more upbeat and cheerful I am. So thank you so much for your product and I will continue to keep purchasing. Another note - after dozens of hours of research, this seems to be the best strength TQ to start on, the majority of other oils out there are much lower and therefore have a much weaker effect. There are a couple of stupidly strong ones on the web but I just know they would really mess me up based on how I reacted when I first started this one. Also, this one is very good value for money, 3 bottles will last you a month based on 2 teaspoons a day. I highly recommend.

I don't write reviews often but on this occasion I feel compelled to do so, I've nothing to compare this oil with as it's the first time I've purchased it,I have to say that it's wonderful stuff,I am on an elimination diet (I mean cut everything out)as having real stomach issues and joint issues,I had heard that this oil could also help with these issues,well 2 week's in and I've never felt this good in 4 years or more,I think the ultra clean diet only meat vegetables beans nuts and seeds diet,plus this lovely tasting oil by the way 😋 1 teaspoon in a morning is all I take and my skin is so much brighter and my joints have never been better,I have purchased 2 more bottles of the oil and I will never run out on that you can be sure of,I hope this may inspire you lot out there that think there's no hope.for the price it's definitely worth a try.

The best I've come across for this price limit, but there are alot of companies selling this product so truthfully out of 7 different companies I have brought from with similar prices this OIL is best in my opinion. Good Luck to my fellow shoppers.

Product meet my expectations

Took one spoonful and was more or less instantly sick. Tastes vile. Could taste it when it repeated on me later in the day. Felt sick for about 2.5 hours after. When doing some more research it states to do a quarter of a teaspoon measurements. So yeah, proceed with caution. Read instructions. Be prepared as you might be sick.

Good , I used it with argan oil and mixed a small amount in my shampoo. Hair was so shiny..

I have used the Pure Wold Nigella Sativa, since Jan. 2022. Their Thymoquinone @ +/- 3.7%, is pretty accurate, this varies for all brands, depending on the pressed batch, plus the Omega-6 & 9 levels are great as well. If you have been using Nigella Sativa, you can tell the purity and strength, by the taste! Pure World, is a small company, who puts a lot of care into their selection and processing, with consistent quality. I rarely do reviews, but I wanted to support this good company and people, who only wish to provide the best, for all of us, with their consistency. This is an incredible value vs. all the other offerings, particularly at the current value [100 ml/3.38 oz. - Cost per Ounce = $1.76/Ounce], you really should look at the [Cost per Ounce], when comparing prices with other brands. I do not need any other brand. Update Dec. 20, 2022 At the time I wrote this, they had very special pricing, but the math is easy to do, currently it is [100 ml/3.38 oz. - Cost per Ounce = $2.64/Ounce], even at this normal pricing, it is a great value. I highly recommend doing similar math with your other purchases, it really puts things into perspective. Updated August 28, 2023 This was a great product, for a great price, but Amazon indicates it is not available, and they do not know if it will be back, too bad. I was hoping to buy more.
