Doesn’t connect to home WiFi
After I bought it , realised it doesn’t work with home WiFi , that means you phone need to be around the camera otherwise it will not work .

Only uses mobile WiFi.
Can't connect to home WiFi. So I don't know how the hell our supposed to watch your house when your not home. It connects to your phones wifi and as soon as your a wall pr two away it struggles to connect. So as for security it's useless. If you want to keep an eye on rooms your not in. But in the same household it's okay. The apps not vey good but works. I find it puzzling that this can't connect to house wifi. Your better off with a SD one that has motion activation

Completely stopped working after two months use
Product was working amazingly until one day it didn’t no lights to show it was working would not charge seemed to completely die. Any videos I had on the machine of disappeared. I can now no longer use it as it is not accepting power. I would absolutely love a replacement as I use this camera very often and up until a few few days ago it was great

Can't get it to work
It keeps saying connected without Internet, so when I leave the house it disconnects Any advice please ?

Works via the app.In good light,as it doesn't work in dark.Also no SD card slot
