Will these cameras work with NVR RLN8-410?

Hi, yes, the NVR supports up to 12MP resolution cameras. N7MB01/ N6MB01 / N5MB01 these kinds of hardware version of NVR supports 12MP cameras since the firmware version allows it. If it is another version of firmware, the NVR firmware must be upgraded to the latest, and the non-latest hardware version of the NVR needs to reduce the camera's resolution to 8MP on the board, but the app/client will still display 12MP.

Does it come with cable for power, reset and RJ45 three in one cable?

Hello. Yes, this 12MP outdoor security camera comes with a tail cable including the three parts you mentioned. You can power it up via a 12V/1A DC adapter or a PoE switch supporting IEEE 802.3af, 48V active mode based on your own preferences.
