I take 3 capsules 3 X daily due to intense amounts of inflammation and this works for me! Now I don’t feel like I’m in a straight jacket anymore. I can move my joints around freely instead of constantly spraining muscles just to barely move them. It is as effective for me as the Celebrex that I was taken off of due to kidney damage. No side effects from the supplements. Thank goodness!

Been taking this for some time. When I have soreness in shoulder,it seems to alleviate the pain. I really should take more on a consistent basis,but have been happy taking just 1 capsule as needed.
