جربته في صنع البسكويت ونجح تماما ولكن مثله مثل ستيفيا مع زيادة بسيطة في قوة الحلاوة ولكن لم انتبه لأحد مكوناته والتي يجب الحذر منها ومكتوبة على غلاف المنتج وهو مادة erythritol
