This has only 3% the daily value of potassium. How is that extra 3% of any benefit?

RDA umbers are above my pay grade. What I can say is that they provide enough of a boost in my potassium-poor diet so I don’t get leg cramps at night when I pop two of them, and often do when I skip a few days. So, that 3%-6% seems to make a difference.

Do they have any carbs?

It is not stated that this supplement contains carbs, according to the Supplement Facts information. These caplets also contains NO Artificial Flavor, NO Artificial Color, NO Artificial Sweetener, NO Preservatives, NO Sugar, NO Starch, NO Milk, NO Lactose, NO Soy, NO Gluten, NO Wheat, NO Yeast, NO Fish, NO Sodium, NON-GMO, and suitable for vegetarians.

Nature's Bounty is the best.

There is no flavor and that is ok. I use potassium because my doctor told me to because my muscles tens to cramp up. I prefer Nature's Bounty because every product I have bought is coated for easy swallowing. That is very important to me because I have a hard time swallowing eve since I had neck surgery.
