Did not work x 2.
Brought this for my son for his birthday. When we opened it up, added the batteries - the remote seemed to work. Snake did not. Made sure batteries were correctly placed. Went through trouble shooting - snake did not seem to connect to remote. Tired the reset multiple times with no success. No indication of any issues that were obvious, just would not work. Replace it with brand new one and same issue. Did not work regardless of following all instructions. Remote and snake never connected there you was completely useless.

Needed lots of trouble shooting!
Updating my review. We got it to work The instructions for set up are horrible There are 4 batteries to go into the snake part. We missed putting 2 of the batteries in the back side and couldnโt figure it out for awhile!
