I’m really impressed with this shiatsu full body massage mat. I bought it mainly for back pain relief and it has worked wonderfully. The deep tissue kneading nodes provide a strong, satisfying massage that really helps loosen tight muscles, and the full-body coverage makes it feel much more effective than smaller massage pads I’ve tried before. It gives a very relaxing, spa-like experience right at home. The heat function is one of the best features because it adds a gentle warmth that helps the massage feel even more soothing and effective. I’ve used it on both my bed and sofa, and it works great on either surface. The vibration settings are also a nice touch and make it easy to customize the experience depending on whether I want deep relief or just a relaxing massage after a busy day. It’s also very easy to use and store away when not needed. The controls are simple to figure out, and the material feels comfortable to lie on during longer sessions. Overall, this is a fantastic purchase for anyone looking for convenient pain relief and relaxation at home.

I’ve been using this mat on my couch and bed for the past few weeks, and it’s been a great way to unwind in the evening. The shiatsu nodes around the neck area provide a surprisingly deep knead—it can feel a bit intense if you lie completely flat on a hard floor, but propping it up slightly on a chair or using the flap cushion makes it just right. The heat warms up quickly and feels consistent along the back, while the vibration zones do a decent job of relaxing tired legs. It’s naturally a bit bulky to store given the full-body length, but it folds up easily enough to slide into a closet. Overall, it’s a convenient, well-made mat that helps loosen up everyday tension without needing a bulky massage chair.

Excellent for price. The pros are it’s very effective. It’s truly gets out all of the cramps and knots of muscles. I use it once or twice a day for upper, middle and lower back. When brand new, I needed to use a blanket between me and the mat so the metal balls didn’t hurt. Two months later I don’t as the machine and the metal balls are not as strong. It really does help a ton. The cons- after one cycle, the metal balls don’t move up and down without getting stuck by my own back resistance any I have to arch a bit to let them pass. The other con is one can’t just turn it off with the electronic hand pad. I need to pull the two connected ends of the cable apart. It’s annoying but better than spending $500 dollars. Overall for the value, four out of five stars. This is not for a relaxing massage although it has heat and vibration l it’s for those with truly painful backs, very knotted up muscles and cramps and spine issues .If this is you, it will work .

It’s part back massager and part vibrator. The whole machine vibrates at 3 different intensities, low is the quietest and it’s a bit louder on the other 2 speeds (medium, high) so you might need to turn the tv volume up on the other settings. Although the pad does vibrate and not necessarily massage all over, it does help loosen up tight muscles. The heat is amazing, it’s throughout the pad, it really loosens your muscles after being on the pad. The back massagers roll up and down on the middle portion of the pad, there are 3 different speeds with the ability to use a spot mode to target tight muscles. I like that you can either recline in a chair or sit in a seat and have options on how to use it because not everyone has a recliner. Note on the angle of the pad, depending on how much gravity is working on your body it’s best to either use it in a chair or recliner so as not to put too much pressure and pain on your back from the massaging balls, it does hurt. Another good thing about this massager pad is that it can accommodate different heights of people by strategically placing the mat at certain heights because in and of itself it doesn’t reach the whole back from shoulders to lower back, I’m 5’7” and that’s my experience but it can be “adjusted.” The timer works great to shut off automatically and 15 minutes goes by way too fast. I appreciate the remote control with abundant settings so you can adjust massage speed, heat intensity, vibration level and massage area quite easily. The power cord is over 6 feet long. It’s lightweight, comfortable to lay on and easily portable to different chairs. The pictures also provide good explanations and details about how the massager works, where it works and how it works.

The vibration and the heat great. The massage rollers are a different story. While it mostly works, it makes a VERY loud noise that I describe as an angry dog, but my son says it sounds like a prolonged forced fart. When laying on it, it won’t go past my shoulders unless I shift my weight and it reduces the pressure on the rollers. I weigh 200 pounds so I would think that wouldn’t be too much. I reached out to the manufacturer so we will see what they say.

For reference, I am a 50 year old, 5'1 woman with petite arms/legs that has had Fibromyalgia, arthritis and degenerative disc disease in my spine for many years. I'm always on the lookout for items to bring relief. Recently tried a few massage products (one was from this same company) but returned them, but this massager will be the one to stay. I purchased this on Cyber Monday for $119 and give it 5 stars for that price. I've had a Homedics brand one for a few years but it is only for the back. I especially bought this for the included neck feature because I was told by my Rheumatologist that I now have the neck of a 65 year old and the muscles have gotten very painful the last year. Fibromyalgia can make it tricky to use these types of massagers, depending on where you have tender spots and how sensitive they are. So, with that in mind, I personally found the adjustments helpful and I love that there is a "rolling" option as it's still strong but a bit less aggressive than the "shiatsu" in my opinion. I use it with the flap on. It's true that a blanket or towel will soften it more if you need that. The heat on the back part is decent, but if you are used to using a heating pad on high settings, you might find it lacking. For comparison, I use a big Pur heating pad on #4/5 and I'd say the massager's heat feels like maybe #3. I like how it works in a dining room chair or my recliner. You can adjust further like is mentioned...with a cushion underneath. The neck shiatsu part is very nice and strong enough to relieve the tightness. There is a "heat" option for the neck but I find it too mild for any impact. As for the "vibration", meh-I tried it, but probably won't use that feature, but used all together it's a pretty relaxing overall experience. I mainly bought this for the massage features and I realize they aren't going to be absolutely perfect in every way. That being said, I'm happy I purchased it! My perfect scenario, of course, would be having a live-in massage therapist to give me a daily massage, or one of Planet Fitness' Hydrotherapy beds installed in my home, but THAT'S not going to happen lol, so this massager is the next best thing. Their products are easy to return if it doesn't work for you. Try it!

I got this thing because I sit at my desk for 8-10 hours, writing code or stressing because my manager thinks I’m lazy; while I mostly agree with her, I got this thing to relieve my back pain. And maybe ease some stress. It took a few days to arrive, but once it came I was super excited to set it up. I popped it out of the box, and set it up on my chair. For reference I’m 202 lbs and 6’0 (or 6’4 on my dating profile) I was able to adjust the back massager to my height, and started using it for a few hours. At first this thing felt awesome! It has two modes, shiatsu (or however you spell it) and rolling. Yes it was nice at first, but after I used it I was disappointed with how basic it is. You will easily get tired of the same mundane “back and forth” this offers. You can apply different pressures based on how hard you put your weight on it, but at the end of the day? This thing is a novelty; it’s cool for the first few times; then you realize it does more harm then good. My back hurts like a mofo, and it’s day 3 of not using it. I’m not sure who this is for, but it if I were to talk To myself 3 days ago, I would have stoped myself from ordering it.

awesome massager. It fit all that I was looking for which keep in mind may or may not be the things you like in a massager. So I'll do my best to stick to the facts. The massager is compact and appealing to the eye in that the material covering the massager is nice color and easy to wipe clean if needed. There are two settings to choose from. Press on button once turns massager on with the rotating heads turning and will switch direction all on their own every 1-2min. Press on button a second time turns heat on while rotating heads are moving. Long press on button turns massager off. It may sound over simplistic and may not have enough options for some people but it is all I needed and is working like a charm. Feels well made and durable and i am so glad I purchased this item I will visit the sellers website simply because its such a nice massager
