What makes the OP1 8k v2 faster than other wired mice?

The true 8000Hz polling rate sends up to 8000 reports per second. Paired with a high-speed MCU, every input lands instantly.

How good is the sensor for high-CPI tracking and FPS games?

The custom PAW3950 U+1F95A delivers 30K CPI, 20,500 FPS, and 50G acceleration—perfect for pixel-perfect aim and fast flicks.

Can I change the switches to match my click feel?

Yes. The main button switches are hot-swappable—no soldering. Choose your feel from multiple packs and swap easily.

Is the mouse ready to go at all times, even after idle?

Always. There’s no power-saving. It stays fully active with zero wake-up delay—ideal for clutch moments in fast games.

Will the shape work for larger hands and claw grip users?

Definitely. The shape builds on the XM style, with flatter sides and extended walls—great for claw grip and bigger hands.
