Bought this as a gift and they love it! It is easy to use, quiet, simple to clean, and quick to feeeze the drinks from fruit slushies for the kids to frozen beer and margaritas for the adults. It was simple to set up and so easy my 4 yr old granddaughter knows how to refill her cup.

item arrived 5 days early. item arrived well packaged and seems in great condition. well i tried to make a slushed drink so i tried with sprite and it barely freezes on high freeze temp setting. so me thinking I'm doing something wrong, restarted the whole process but following their recipe book, and still no luck. i beginning to think that it's not freezing cold enough on the slush setting which is the only reason i purchased item. but the functionality and everything is great. it's been over two hours and still running and barely any slush. no alcohol

This is a surprisingly reliable slushy maker. Once you figure out just how much sugar you need because sugar is what helps things freeze when there’s alcohol involved. This thing is great.

It's impressive machine nicely built but it will not freeze the liquid so I'm returning it for a refund.
