I’ve purchased other travel neck pillows in the past but this is by far my favorite. It’s a really soft memory foam. I have a smaller neck and it worked so well and fit comfortably. The accessories, especially the phone holder, was the best. I used it for the first time on a Southwest fight and it made watching movies so much more comfortable than having to hold your phone. I clipped it above the try table where they keep their brochures. The lady sitting next to me was envious.

The biggest problem is that this pillow is designed for larger necks. It does NOT fit snuggly. I'm a 5'4" slender woman, and the widest part of my neck measures 12 3/4 inches. This Homeify Airplane Neck Pillow measures 19 1/2 inches at its tightest! I can fit my fist in the space gap in front. The memory foam is comfortable and the cover is soft, but the size is too large for me. It does not give a secure fit to stop my head from flopping forward or to the sides when I fall asleep. I will be returning this for my money back.I think a design flaw with this pillow and other pillows is that the tightening straps are at the very edge, instead of further away from the edge. Therefore, it does not allow for the front edges to overlap each other in order to make it tighter. It would be better if there was a buckle closure in the center to allow for overlap. I saw another pillow with such a photo, but couldn't find that exact model when I clicked to order. So I ordered this model, and many more, hoping that at least one of them will fit my needs. It's hard to purchase something online without knowing exactly how it will fit. Am grateful I am able to return this pillow (and others I am trying) and get a full refund.Everything arrived in a small box. (see photo) You'll see in another photo how one side was bent after removing it from the carrying pouch. That is NOT a problem. It did not take long for the memory foam to find its shape after being unpacked - especially when I mashed it a bit to help pop it back. The other photo of all the items shows how it reached its full shape. It also shows a tape measure with the inside measurement at over 19 inches. You must roll it tightly to fit it into the carrying bag. The eye mask is also made of memory foam and has an adjustable elastic band strap that is comfortable on your hair. I can't comment on the phone holder, since I didn't unpack it, knowing that I would be returning everything.

This is the second purchase of this item. We bought our original set in 2024 for a long trip abroad. We were on trains, boats, cars, etc., and because it is in a small travel bag of its own, it was so easy to attach to a carry on, or place inside a tote, etc. The comfort and support of the pillow is just what we were looking for, especially when you are away from the comfort of your own bed and pillows. It is an added bonus to also have all of the other accessories as part of the deal. Since my husband has used his every night in the last couple of years, and I gave mine to my grandson, we couldn't pass up the deal of a two pack that I came across recently! Great value for the money, and I have recommended it to other family members as well. You will not be disappointed with the quality of the pillow or how versatile it is. Very easy to take out of the little bag, and just as easy to place it back in. Great purchase!
