The sling comes with the handles just like the picture,it is a good product I would buy it again

How tall is this? My mother is about 5 ft and the one we have now tilts her head forward because it's too tall.

They are all pretty much the same. It has more to do with how we position my grandson on it and how we attach the straps. You may have to transfer in a reclining position and pull her erect from behind for sitting. My grandson is 13 and is over 5 feet tall
