Wouldn’t recommend for maternity.
They were baggy everywhere except the elastic at the waist dug into my stomach when I was sitting. Making them uncomfortable. Otherwise they looked nice.

Runs big, may fit better later in pregnancy
I usually wear a size Large in Figs scrub pants, and from what I understand, you’re supposed to order your usual size in the maternity version too. I’m currently 32 weeks pregnant, and these just feel really big on me, baggy in all the wrong places. That said, I imagine they’ll fit better toward the very end of my pregnancy, so I’m holding onto them. Comfortable material, but definitely a looser fit than I was hoping for.

Too short!
Too short! I’m 5’9” so I bought a size tall and these pants barely reached the top of my ankles. Other than that the fit was great.

Tight and uncomfortable band
The style and quality are great so it’s a real shame that these have such a tight lower waist band. The waist itself is stretchy with lots of belly room, but the purpose is completely defeated by this tight lower band. So uncomfortable. Figs really needs to fix this design!

Not the best
The drawstring is incredibly uncomfortable and as your belly grows becomes more uncomfortable. The over the belly part stays loose even with a large belly. Very awkward.

Waistband is not comfortable
I exclusively wear scrubs from Figs. This is the first product I have ever been disappointed with. There is no way a woman designed these. I am only in my first Trimester and the waistband is so uncomfortable, even with sizing up. I decided to keep them just because I can no longer wear my normal scrub pants. I now have to find another brand to use for the rest of my pregnancy. I hear they used not to have the tie waist and were only elastic on top and I wish these were like that. Figs if you read this PLEASE GET RID OF THE TIE !
