How much height would this mount add to my pc? i've got a ~20" tall case and the sit-stand desk i'm customizing goes down to 23.6"

It may go down that far, but are you ever going to lower it that far? Mine goes down to 23.2*, about a half inch lower than what you've got, and I can tell you the only time it's ever been that low was when I first built the thing and was calibrating the controller. After raising the desk above that it's never been close to that low since. I raise it all the way up more frequently than to lower it all the way down (which again is never). Raised all the way up makes it easy to work underneath the desktop. * Note the 23.2" measurement is to the top of my desktop, which is 1¾" thick, so the underside is actually 21.45" off the floor at the lowest setting. Make sure you're using the correct measurements when making these determinations.

How many screw holes are in the top?

Are there spacers to get around the desk's cross beam? Like the bracket for the keyboard tray, would that one work here?

For those who have mounted this outside of the legs of a sit-stand desk with wheels/casters, any concerns about tipping or balance?

I mounted mine just inside the legs of a sit-stand desk with casters, and there is no issue. I would think that if you are comfortable putting the computer on the desk above the spot where you will be mounting it, then you'll be fine hanging it below in this mount. I suppose it depends too on how wide/narrow the desk and legs are and whether there is anything else on the desk. But I don't think it should be a problem.

このレビューは前提としてメーカーが保証しないような合板に取り付けています、ご参考までに。品質は確かでかなり重量があるので、合板に4本のビスだけでPC支えるのは無理だと判断し、支えるビスを増やして重量負担を分散して取り付けました。合板でもデスク下さえ加工すれば重たいミドルタワーでも今のところガッチリ支えられてます。メーカー推奨されている天板なら大丈夫だと思いますが、メーカー推奨外であれば加工は必須です。おかげで掃除もPCメンテナンスも楽になりました。

The desktop weighs around 15kg but the screws weren't enough to hold it. My desktop fell on the floor as I was working, as you can imagine I'm not very happy with it right now.

The build quality is very good. Unlike some reviews I saw for other products, this mound does not tilt the pc in the slightest and it tightly holds your pc. Ive used it to mount my pc to the underside of a rising table; 1 month in and its working great.

I was a bit hesitant to buy a PC mount, though I really wanted to get my PC under the desk to free up some desk space. But after spending a lot of random sessions trying to find something worthwhile I finally bought this one, and to be honest it's pretty great! The material feels really strong and the overall construction is really sturdy, that's definitely reassuring when you're using it to lift a computer worth many many thousands of pounds lol. Granted my system is only about half the max load (at about 15KG), but I wanted something that was rated far above my actual weight for peace of mind. The first couple nights I left my desk so low it was just above the floor but I've had it installed for a week now and it is absolutely solid. Even if I shake the table, the PC barely moves at all. I also really like that the PSU intake is off the ground/table and there's also a good amount of space for a top-mounted radiator exhaust like my system has. It also looks really smart and since I'm using a mid-tower I have plenty of room behind the system to get my cables in and out as I need. Overall it's really great and I don't mind paying the price for something that is really sturdy and solid. I'd definitely recommend this (especially over what I saw was some pretty weak competition elsewhere on amazon lol). Cheers VIVO!
