Disappointed in being sent used product for the lips
Opened the package to find the box damage and it was clear that I was sent a used product as the top of the lip balm was smeared with the lip balm

Good, not great ...
A average lip balm that provides basic moisture & is easy to use. It feels smooth on the lips & helps with mild to moderate dryness, not greasy but the hydration does not last very long... Turned in to liquid state from solid as the temperature soars... Lip texture is better for some time after use ... Not for a prolonged period...🙂 Delivery was on time, the packaging was sturdy & secure... 😀 Overall, a decent lip balm for regular use... 😎
