WHOLESUN AMD005218 Pressure Washer (Blue)

First and foremost I use this once in a while, I don't need to use it often just around the house and wash the car. So my review is based on my usage and needs, when I was researching for a powerwasher I wanted a bang for my buck. Not pay tons because I don't use a lot but not have something that breaks after a couple of usages. I read reviews on this and and compare it to others around the same price tag and some mid-range level. I have to be honest, I'm impressed works fantastic, has the power advertised and I end up using it more than I thought. So at this stage I will recommend it as a great entry-level power washer and works as advertised.

Nice little pressure washer. Good as a bigger Gas one I borrowed from a neighbour. Has the 4 values for different pressure and coverage and a soap option for cleaning the car. The brush is a nice option too. Also like the power cable and hose can be wound up for compact storage.

I bought this power washer August 26, 2022 for $199.99 on Amazon. I didn't want the noise or expense of a gasoline powered unit. I first used it to wash my vinyl siding, and it did a reasonably good job, although the pressure pulsed at times; then, I used it to wash the cars, and to clean the filtration mats used in our Koi pond weekly between mid April and the end of October. I stored it inside the house for the winter. Fast forward, and this year I had repeated leaks where the hose connects to the handle, but since it was just an o-ring seal, it was irritating, but not to the point where I would write off the unit. Today, just a year after purchase, the unit pump won't shut off when the gun trigger is released. It continues to run, building up excessive pressure until unit trips the breaker, so now I have to reset the breaker multiple times during use. Bear in mind, this unit was used once a week last year for 2 months, and once a week for 4 months this year, so it worked somewhat properly for just 6 months. I am astonished at the price of these one year later, since it's a product that simply doesn't last, even in low-use scenarios. I'm sorry to say, I can't recommend this product, even for the price I paid for it in August 2022.

Was smaller than I expected, but like the simple hook ups. Compact can be good :) Pros: Works well. Shuts off when you shut off the wand, and will sit dormant until you hit the pressure again. Very nice function. Used with hot water, and performed well. Cost was great. Cons: Pressure is NOT the advertised 3,000 psi. Not sure what reality is, but even the manual has lower values for "sustained" use. I am guessing somewhere in the 2,300 to 2,500 psi range may be realistic. It washes most things well, but would not blast all the old caked grease and dirt off a tractor.
