Circulon A1 Series with ScratchDefense Technology Nonstick Induction Wok with Lid, 14 Inch, Graphite

This wok is fantastic! It’s truly non-stick — I can cook with very little oil, which makes my meals much healthier. Fried rice comes out especially great in this pan — evenly cooked, nothing sticks, and cleanup is super easy. I previously had a smaller pan from the same brand and really liked it, but since my family is larger, I needed a bigger wok like this. It’s perfect for cooking larger portions, especially for dishes like fried rice. This is exactly what I was looking for — great quality and very practical. Definitely worth it!

Outstanding product! I've now used it several times and it's definitely NON-stick. I'm kind of a WOK-a-holic. I enjoy cooking in WOKS. The food is fresh, flavorful and once you do all your slicing and dicing, the cooking part goes very fast. I wanted a 14" WOK with a lid. Really wanted a glass lid, but this one is OK because I can time things out pretty well without having to visually see the contents as they cook. I was hoping the WOK and lid would fit in my kitchen drawers, but no cigar. I was thinking the engineers could have made the lid with a lower profile, but I think the high dome design aids in the even cooking of the contents in the WOK. Anyway, it works great and I like it. I have several WOKS and this one if by far my favorite.

For years I've owned my old wok but lately I've been searching for a quality wok to replace my old one with. I am very picky on what I usually like, however, when I saw Circulon (only my favorite brand!!) has a new 14" Scratch defense non stick and with a lid, I knew I had a wishlist! I cook so much for my family of 6, this was the perfect addition to my kitchen! Super easy to clean and use without getting my fingers burned. As well as the non stick is very true, extremely easy to cook. I love making stir fry with salmon and vegetables or chicken with fried rice! It's wide and spacious and cooks evenly. I love the stunning lid where it helps to steam and cook everything together! Excellent quality design, Circulon yet again never fails to disappoint me. Makes a perfect gift for a loved one, holiday gift or special occasion for someone who loves to cook! It leaves my food tasting delicious, healthy and nutritious! Easy cooking, easy cleaning, easy meals.

Nice size wok well made (as expected from Circulon). My wife liked it so much she ordered a second one!

I have had this item for about a year and a few months, and am disapppointed. The circular ridges just make it easier for food and burnt bits to get stuck and are nearly impossible to remove without scratching off the non-stick coating. When I fry an egg, and flip it, you can see circular patterns of those burnt bits on my egg!! Quite a few things that we have tried to fry get actually quite stuck. While the wok does still "look" okay, performance is inconsistent as a nonstick piece of cookware. Thus, I would not recommend this product. I am going to try Hexaclad, as I have seen/heard great things about it - pay a little more and (hopefully) won't have to purchase again - which in the long run is more expensive.
