Very good ground auger
It already has paid for itself. Strong engine and augers that do the job comfortably but not too strong to twist your shoulder and send you to hospital. Highly recommend it

Great customer service
Be prepared to hold on, the auger has plenty of power and can rip through small roots and rocks, which my land has plenty of. When I initially opened the engine box I noticed a crack on the cover by the spark plug. I took a picture and emailed the support team. Yuki was very kind and offered a solution of a discount with money back or a new unit. I opted for the discount however after using the machine the welds broke so I contacted support and they sent out another unit no problem. I think the design where the machine mounts could be updated but customer service is fantastic!

Feather the throttle. Dont try to rush it down.
Excellent. Dug 35 post holes in just a few hours. Just remember not to go full out because if the auger catches a rock or a root, it will about tear your arms off. It's a natural reaction to give more gas when you hit an obstruction, but DON'T DO IT. Feather the throttle all the way trough the dig cycle and use a digging bar to remove rocks or roots. I only gave it full throttle while pulling up to clear the dirt from the hole. It will take a few holes to get a feel of the tool, but I will never use a clam shell phd again.

Awesome
I was concerned because the product did not have returns allowed, but it all worked out great. Delivered fast and all the parts were there and everything was fully assembled (unlike other vendors that I tried before using DC House). I like that it came in two boxes. I opened the box, read the manual, put in the gas and after a couple of pulls the auger fired right up. If you are worried about power (because it is only 52cc instead of 72cc) you do not need to be. This unit has enough power to spin two full grown men... and one was 6' 5" and weighs 225#. The key is to shave the dirt slowly because the auger digs in really good. I used every extension rod and a 10" bit and drilled a 5' (60") deep hole with no problem at all. It would be nice if they had a 4" - 8" bit option. The 10" was to big for my project but the 6" was to small. I should have spent the extra $42 and gotten the 4"- 6"- 8" bit option. I only had one small job but there was no other way for me to get a 5' deep hole because my manual post hole digger will not go that deep. I should have purchased this years ago because I have dug a lot of post holes over the years.

Wouldnโt start right out of the box
Not spark to the plug right out of the box. After jumping through all the hoops, the company sent me a new engine. Problem- I had to go rent one to get my project finished on time. Havenโt tried to start the new one yet. I have another project coming up. Iโll try it then. My advice- spend more, buy a better one.

Get it.
Worth it. I've been using it to dig post holes for a fence, and it fires up first pull. Does what it's supposed to. I'd recommend it way better than digging by hand.

Broke down after drilling 3 holes
I am going to try and contact the company to send me another post hole digger. After drilling three holes, my son who is a strapping 6โ 5โ and 220 lbs was operating the digger for the fourth hole and was attempting to increase the RPMs when the throttle stuck open and after pushing the kill button, the digger went crazy and started flipping around on the ground snapping org the gas tank, kill switch and bending other items on the digger. When he finally got it stopped, he stated that he had injured his ankle and leg which started to swell up and later bruised up badly. So I would like the company to replace the digger soonest. Thank you Gerald Taylor
