Hey there! I’m 5.6 and I usually wear medium. Am about 150 lbs, when I bought this one I got the Large size. It fits perfectly and I’m still have some room to wear and extra hoodie and pants. I hope this helps this is a great sauna suit I definitely recommend it!

Excellent Product

Works great! I don’t sweat easily and this thing makes me pour out sweat from everywhere. Haven’t had it that long, but it seems durable. I’m a medium, bought a medium and it fit perfectly well. It’s about as comfortable as a sauna suit can be. No bad smells other than your body from sweat. Jacket has pockets, I wish the pants did as well. Room for improvement is that sweat leaks right into the pockets. So if you don’t have something external to hold your items in, (keys, phone, etc) then they’ll get soaking wet.

Excellent suit that will make you sweat

I bought this for my weight cut for boxing. The pants and jacket work very well. They made me sweat out a few pounds in a few hours of training. I hand wash and hang dry. Lasting well so far for a few months.
