Easy on the Back
I'm in love with this mop. My husband cooks in the kitchen a lot for friends. I cannot keep up with the cleaning. It's really hard on my back and energy, so much so that I have to do the kitchen floor across two days. It always was dirty. Stuff was stuck on that I just could not get up without getting down on my hands and knees - but I cannot due to age and health issues. I was using one of those squirt mops. It was so difficult to get anything off, and you'd have to use it immediately after a spill to keep things clean, if you want the easiest cleanup. Then I got this mop. This mop is like using a vacuum across the carpet. It's that easy. It's easy on the back, and I can do my floor quickly, even when it was at its dirtiest when I first got the mop. Once it's assembled, it nearly instant to heat up - very quick. It does make a little noise - don't be alarmed. Then you're off to steaming your floor clean, with no chemicals. There's a medium and high steam setting. I set mine to high because of the stickiness, grease, and messes, but the medium setting works pretty good too. It makes the floor warm and puts out some steam to clean. It's not hot to walk on. Shoes are suggested, probably because your floor is wet and you can slip. If you wear shoes, make sure they're anti-skid, and not something like flip-flops. I'm so happy to have a clean and neat kitchen floor now. After my husband was done cooking this week (after he splattered a tray of sticky sauce and half-cleaned it) I went in with this mop and the floor was clean again in no time. My first mop didn't work properly and I had to send it back. The second one, the water door latch doesn't close after the first time it was opened. I wanted to return it too, but Amazon offered me a percentage off to keep it. So I decided to do that. The mop works just fine and I love it so much, I don't want to return for a pristine mop. This mop has been on a great sale, and what a bargain.

Very easy to use
I really like this model. It is lightweight. It was super easy to assemble and use right out of the box. You do not add any cleaner, just use distilled water as advised. My first use I used it at low steam and that seemed fine for my home. I have vinvl planks that look like wood and I don't see any compatibility issues. . I could use a longer cord but that is not a serious issue. It is easy to remove and place the cloth cleaner pads, then into the washer for the next use. There are attachments that are a plus.

Decent Steamer
I bought this for my tile floors. The mop/pad does well to clean the tile itself but cannot get into the grout grooves to clean them. For that, you must remove the pad and use the built-in brush system. However, without the pad there is nothing to absorb the dirty water on the floor created by steaming the dirt off of the grout, so you have to use a separate towel to wipe it up. It did a good job of steaming the dirt off of the grout, though, using the brush function. I could clean about a foot of grout every 10 to 20 seconds. Pros: 1. Large water reservoir 2. Comes with a built in brush 3. Steam generates within 20 seconds of turning it on 4. Low and High setting 5. Unpressurized system, which is safer and does not require cooldown before adding more water to the reservoir or removing water from the reservoir. Cons: 1. Brush bristles are already beginning to bend after one use 2. Steam tends to stay concentrated in the middle of the pad instead of throughout the pad. See pictures to see how well it cleaned the grout and how much the brush took a beating. The brush LOOKS like it is easily replaceable, but neither the manual nor Kenmore's website give any indication that the brush part is available for replacement

Great little machine
I received the machine but no Direction booklet & no pads. I had planned to use it immediately but now how long will I need to wait for the above????? Disappointed............. REPLACED........I RECEIVED A NEW MACHINE..........and have used it 3 times and love it! This machine has freed me from spending hours cleaning my kitchen floor! I've used it also on my bathroom ceramic tile as well with great results. It is so easy to use and appreciate that it moves from side to side. The pads launder easy & lay out to dry quickly. I haven't used the scrubber yet. I Highly recommend this machine.

Not worth the cheaper price
Iโm not impressed. I bought this to replace my first gen Shark steam mop that finally kicked. This was on sale and significantly cheaper than a new Shark. I was intrigued by the handheld steamer and carpet glide attachment. This lacks the oomph of my old Shark and it stopped steaming several times during a quick mop to reheat, taking twice as long to mop the area as my old mop would have. The carpet glide works fairly well, but itโs just another thing to store when Iโm not using it. It has a large water capacity and the handheld seems to have more power than mop, but Iโll go back to a Shark once this one quits.

Generates plenty of steam! Great cleaning tool.
Bought this Consumer Reports highly rated steam mop to clean tile floors. It cleans well! Our kitchen floor had some gunk tracked it that needed to be scrubbed. The scrub brush and the high steam setting got it all up with some persistence. My only complaint is that I wish the brush was easy to remove for cleaning. I had to clean the gunk out several times before the floor was clean. You get plenty of steam on either the Hi or Low steam settings. The cord is plenty long enough and wraps in the cord holders easily. Use distilled water. The time from ON to hearing steam is less than 30 seconds. The mop is comfortably light weight. Recommend being careful with engineered wood or when cleaning grout. CR does not recommend using steam for real or faux wood despite all of the videos you can find doing it. Could cause buckling is their claim. I used the brush to dig the grout out of our bathroom tile and had to replace it. (Thought it was dirt. It wasn't.). The wider grout in our kitchen was cleaned by the brush with no problem. Again, cleaning grout with aggressive brushing and high steam is not recommended. Otherwise, wish we had bought a Kenmore steam mop a long time ago.

No chemicals needed!
I bought this on a Consumer Reports recommendation, to replace an incredible machine I'd gotten at the Wisconsin State Fair many years ago. I've used it a few times and it's quite satisfactory. It uses distilled water (I wouldn't use water from a dehumidifier as some suggested because that is not clean water unless you clean the coils and collection bucket with disinfectant regularly. The machine heats up quickly and it's maneuverable, though the head is large. Two levels of steam and a cover that's easy to remove and throw into the washer make it easy to use. Empty before storage to keep the reservoir clean. It stores flat against the wall. I recommend it.

Kenmore SM2060 S200 Series Steam Mop
Works well. Multi temp/steam options nice and cleans well. Holds plenty of water so I'm not constantly refilling. Brush feature great for hard to clean spots. Longer electric cord than my past steamers. Very simple to use.

Selling on Amazon sg but not proper voltage
Total waste of time ordering from Amazon sg only to discover this only works on voltage in the U.S. What is the point of putting it on the sg website? Waste of time and returns.

Itโs not customer friendly
When we use first time, it works fine. When second time using steam function is not working

Look elsewhere
Worked great for 12 uses (6 months) and then stopped working, no help from seller for a return, replacement or anything.
