Spot On Potato Starch for Gluten-Free
The potato starch worked well with the gluten free "flour" mix of about 5 gluten-free ingredients. The bread taste was good. I just have to perfect my handling of the gluten-free dough. Glad to have Anthony's Organic Potato Starch. Everything I've ever gotten from Anthony's is terrific.
