Does the lid creat a watertight seal so that i can place it in the freezer at an angle without spillage?

Hi-- No, it doesn't create a seal at all. It just provides a cover on which you could stack another ice cube tray.

what is the capacity of each cube? id like to freeze chicken stalk in it but what to know how much does each cube hold?

If you go by the cubic inch of one ice cube you get 6.3 ounces. 2.25 X 2.25 X 2.25 = 11.390625 cubic inches. 11.390625 = 0.0493100649 gallons.128 ounces (gallon) X .0493 = 6.3 ounces

Is the lid also silicone? or plastic?

It is the same silicon materiel.You have to be careful not to overfill the bottom half or the lid will lift up.
