Gum Gingidex Bain de Bouche Traitement d'Attaque Anti-Plaque - 300ml

I've had bleeding gums for a long time (years). I just kind of left it on the back burner until 4 months ago when I started flossing. The flossing helped stop most of the bleeding but the gums under my molars were still bleeding and showing on the floss. I bought this mouthwash and the Curasept Gingival gel to combat the last bit of bleeding. This mouthwash tastes decent and hasn't left me with that much staining on my teeth luckily. Been using for two weeks. I noticed results by the second or third day. My dental routine is floss, brush teeth then I wait 30 minutes until I can use the mouthwash as advised by AI results. Waiting 30mins let's your toothpaste act on your teeth/gums whereas using mouthwash straight away rinses some of the toothpaste formula. I only do this if I have time though as sometimes I just use the mouthwash straight after brushing. Have mouthwash in mouth for 30 seconds then release. Then I line my gums with the Gingival gel in the morning and just before bed. Result is no bleeding gums and a healthier feeling mouth. I might repeat this routine once every three months for the next couple of years to keep my gums good. Translations of instructions attached to the this review. Top quality mouthwash. This certainly did the job for me when it came to putting a swift halt to bleeding in my gums. After using the mouthwash twice a day (in tandem with a gel) it took around two days before the bleeding stopped and the feeling of gum soreness had dissipated. It also has a pleasant taste. As many have noted, the text on the bottle is in French. So unless you understand the language, an AI translation via your phone will come in handy, as it's important to know the ingredients and instructions (ie, it's not recommended that you use this product for more than 14 consecutive days).

Love this mouthwash, I bought an electric toothbrush along with this mouthwash and the effect is amazing. This mouthwash has a nice flavour and leaves a minty taste in the mouth for a long time after brushing and I don't get bleeding gums anymore. I always use chlorhexidine mouthwash, unflavoured, but this with its taste will be my regular mouthwash in future.

The product helps with calming your gums but it has seriously stained my teeth (leaving both brown spots and yellowish colour). It took me few weeks to determine the cause and a visit to the hygienist who confirmed the product has chlorexidine hence the stains.

After getting gum disease, bleeding every time I brush, waking up with sore and very swollen gums around the front and essentially my gum deteriorated in places. Was very worried and wanted a quick fix as it can be relieved by the right stuff, and this mouthwash is the right stuff!! Taste is nice and mild unlike other brands. In just three days I now don't experience bleeding when I brush, no more swollen gums and there lovely and pink again where they deteriorated. If your suffering with gum disease, try this for sure!

Recommended by my dentist for my sensitive gums. It's an asset that I can also mouthwash without suffering the burning effect of other similar products!
