I was dubious when ordering but now I'm seriously considering how cold it could make my beer if I used it as a coaster too Very cold, great for my overheating phone Would love a battery powered one, one day

Working really well on a Surface Pro 9 that's prone to overheating. The surface doesn't take the magnet very well apart from in the top right hand corner, but with the clip attached, even this is enough to cool the Surface down nicely. It's so cool, it feels air conditioned!

Worked really well. I used a different cable to charge it with and it died. Was good when it worked

I recently bought a Hagibis Cooler as my iPhone 13 Pro Max has been running HOT on iOS 27 when gaming/filming/editing and just general use/dimming the screen and lagging (even writing this review I’ve had to bust it out!) It’s okay, it’s tiny/stealthy, it’s quiet, draws only 8W at max (I tested it - Hagibis said 10W 😏) and works well - my phone is mostly tamed and I have considerably less ‘serious cpu’ warning on CPU-X app. With low load, the screen is cool to the touch & under high load, the screen gets just a tiny bit warm and the screen may dim for 20 seconds before recovering. It can get down to the low 7 degrees Celsius when left at max power, no attachments for 3-4 minutes. For less than £20 it’s alright. My friend has the 5 Pro (streamer) and I had a quick play with it. First thing I noticed, you basically need a USB C laptop charger to run it. Apparently at full tilt, it pulls 35W+ from the wall or from a battery. So you need a decent USB C Charger or a high capacity/high output battery if you are on the go! Second impression - looks quite cool, control app is a nice touch, RGB makes it standout (for better or for worse) - and it feels quite solid. It was relatively quiet at low settings but can be a tad noisy at max power. Third impression - It’s no joke. This is a serious bit of kit. Seconds after turning it on, I saw condensation starting to form, and within a few more seconds it had frozen 🥶 My only concern before strapping it on was: ‘Yoo, is this gonna cause condensation inside my phone? And is it gonna freeze too? Will I short something on the board?’ Apparently as long as something is warm on the other side you should be okay… is what my mate said. Bit concerning. Anyway, as a little trial, on 5G, max brightness and playing the Tomb Raider Reboot (not the highest graphical mode, but 60fps mode - so the GPU is still working pretty hard) 30 mins later - ROCK SOLID 60FPS 🪨 Not a single dip, screen stayed retina scorching bright and my phone screen is COLD to the touch. I kept touching it just to see. This took place in a 25 degree ambient room. Seriously impressive. Granted it’s a bit ‘IN YOUR FACE LOOK AT ME IM A GAMER RGB’, but you can calm that down in the app I think. People are likely to stare - I know because that’s what I did. Is it a bit overkill? Yes for 99.5% of the population. And you look a bit of tool - ‘why not get a steam deck or a switch if you wanna play games on the go?’ And it’s a good question. But for the 0.5% that game/stream/film prores/edit videos heavily - this is the definitive cooler. I will buy one of these once available again. I like the Hagibis Cooler - it is useful but for 2x the price, you get more than 3x the performance with the Shark 5 Pro. Though I am still unsure about condensation/ice forming inside my device and I may need to buy a bigger USB PD Battery! I currently have a 65W 23,800mah battery by Charmast. Rough calculation (assuming 85% efficiency & max 35W draw) 23,800mah x 3.7v = 88.06Wh (RAW) 88.06Wh x 0.85% = 74.851Wh (likely usable) 74.85Wh / 35W = 2.14h (of run time) 😮 2 hours is quite a long time really for a portable gamer. Likely aren’t going to do this unless on a flight/train/hotel/house and then you can likely just grab a mains socket. But if you don’t have a socket, and you are using a battery - then you’ll likely need your phone charging too in those 2 hours, so then we are looking at 1.5h, maybe 1 hour from my current battery. Vs my Hagibis at 8W 74.45Wh / 8W = 9.36h (of run time) Big difference 😳 factor in phone charging too, maybe 4-7 hours of run time potentially Need to side by side them really - next time I see my mate…

Dont think just buy

It gets freezing! I can run games on my 17pro in literally 100 degree heat and this thing keeps my phone bright and going, even if my phone is still in its case (Zagg) Same environment with out it, my phone is dimming and slowing down (Apples native “cooling” is a joke). If you do any gaming on your phone it’s so worth it. Though I wish they would include a full charger not just the cable. You need at least a 60 watt to even have it stay on, most brick portions can’t hit that. Also none of my portable chargers work with it. It puts out a ton of heat and wants a ton of wattage, but it works better than anything. If you have ever rotated ice packs to keep your phone cool, this is for you. I work for a major cell carrier and now take it to work daily. This company should be paying me for the amount of people I advertise it too, but even with out commission it’s just that good and effective! (But seriously give me a referral code!)

Great cooler for mobilphone, also work for my laptop I am happy. I recommend blackshark. It got 3 premade fan speeds and you can download their app to tweak it more. The highest premade fan speed is quite hearable the others not so much. If you do not have a magnet on the phone the clam shell holders are easy to mount and use. It needs to be connected to power source with wire.

Ich bin seit über zehn Jahren Amazon-Kunde und habe noch nie eine Rezension geschrieben – das zeigt schon, wie überrascht ich von diesem Produkt bin. Ich bin kein Gamer und spiele keine Handyspiele. Für mich zählt: Wenn ich am Strand, am See oder Teich in der Sonne sitze und E-Mails beantworten will, wird das Handy normalerweise nach wenigen Minuten so heiß, dass sich der Bildschirm verdunkelt und es sich abschaltet. Schon beim Bestellen habe ich mir gedacht, das könnte eine Mogelpackung sein, die ich wahrscheinlich wieder zurückschicken muss – aber ausprobieren kann man es ja mal. Es funktioniert tatsächlich. Ich habe mein iPhone 17 Pro in die pralle Sonne gelegt, gleichzeitig aufgeladen und zusätzlich eine Benchmark-Software laufen lassen – also die denkbar härteste Belastung. Ohne angeschlossenen Kühler wurde das Handy kurz wärmer. Sobald ich den Kühler magnetisch angebracht hatte, war die Temperatur innerhalb von rund 30 Sekunden wieder unten, und das Gerät blieb durchgehend auf der kühlsten Stufe. Zu Hause am Netzstrom zieht das Gerät über 30 Watt und kühlt dann richtig extrem herunter, teilweise auf -5 bis -6 °C. Unterwegs mit einer externen Powerbank bekommt es meist nur rund 8 Watt. Trotzdem hat es bei etwa 35-38 °C Umgebungstemperatur die Rückseite des iPhones auf ca. 15-16 °C heruntergekühlt – genug, um im grünen Bereich zu bleiben und jede Bildschirmverdunkelung zu verhindern. Die dazugehörige App gibt es ganz normal im Apple App Store, keine Sicherheitsbedenken. Optisch ist sie im typischen China-Style gehalten, also bunt und verspielt, und steht anfangs auf Chinesisch. Man kann sie aber sofort auf Englisch oder Deutsch umstellen, danach ist alles leicht verständlich. Das Gerät selbst wird innerhalb von etwa 10 Sekunden erkannt, man kann verschiedene Leistungsstufen wählen oder eigene definieren und auch die bunten LED-Lichter komplett abschalten. Fast alle Rezensionen hier stammen von Gamern, die den Kühler wegen grafikintensiver Spiele nutzen. Ich habe mir dazu einige YouTube-Videos angeschaut und dabei genau dieselbe Überraschung erlebt wie die Leute in diesen Videos – das ist keine gespielte Reaktion von irgendwelchen Darstellern, ich saß selbst alleine zu Hause und konnte es genauso wenig fassen, wie schnell und stark das Gerät kühlt.
