Being a PC guy that knows his stuff, I am very pleased with this refurbished laptop. It works like new. They wiped the HD and fresh installed Windows 11. No bloatware! However, you will need to install an anti-virus program. I recommend Avast free. I have been using it for a good 15 years with zero malware or virus infections, and it is 100% free. SPEEDY! I am also an emulator master. This little laptop runs the most power hungry games in MAMEUI64 at FULL SPEED WITHOUT ANY FRAME SKIPPING! I was amazed. It really is an awesome laptop. I will likely buy another one of these to keep in case. Works great with USB hubs and the HDMI is 1080p and looks great. A+A+A+

I am very pleased with the condition and function of this lap top. The battery is nearly full strength and there is no visible damage or indication of wear. They put a skin on the outside, I assume to cover any marks or scratches, but this computer is in such good shape, I doubt there could have been much. My only complaint is some bloat wear added for "PC app store" that commandeers the computer at first, literally blocking you from doing almost anything else until you open an account, CC and all. I managed to finally get past it to settings where I could go in and delete that app. It is not the same as the Microsoft app store. Other than that, it is almost undistinguishable from a new laptop. UPDATE: I really liked this laptop, the size was perfect and it seemed to be working like new. A couple of months later, it just stopped working. I don't know what happened, one minute it was working fine, the next it was dead. Black screen. Nothing. I had assure, so I sent it in and they couldn't fix it. If I didn't have assure, I would have been out for the whole thing. I m so glad I back up everything on an external drive. I recommend you do that also, no matter what computer you have!

Everything was as described. I am very satisfied with the quality and functionality of this laptop as well as the delivery time the packaging was also very appropriate.

Battery life is about 3 hours or so. Somtimes the screen won’t come on unless you plug it in and it will still be at 50 percent battery. Other times you have to press the power button and wait for a while. But it’s all good. It works good for my spouse and I. We only use it for 3d printing, cricket designs and sublimation type stuff. The top layer did start pilling up but they made it right and took care of me. Easy set up. The size is good not crazy big but big enough to see.

Minor wear around the corners, more than I'd like, but that's expected in used laptop. Works great though! Still has a long battery life, and still getting used of the Windows 11 Pro. No cracks at all, all the keys work, fast and nice screen. Very affordable. So I like it.

Purchased a "Great Quality" refurbished i5-1145G7 from Prime Cellutions for ~$270. The Pros: -Great Price -Runs fast and smooth -Can easily handle multitasking -No issues with overheating or slowing down The Cons: - Terrible battery life. ~1 hour of battery life even with battery saving measures. - Acceptable quality at best. Front corners are chipped or dented, to the point of nearly cutting myself when using. -The entire thing is covered in a textured grey sticker. This sticker is already peeling off after 2 days. Where it has peeled is left with a sticky residue. Over All: Good for the price. The laptop itself functions amazingly, but the battery sucks and the outside is dented and peeling. As a broke college student this works just fine. As long as your classes have nearby plugs. Otherwise I'd suggest looking elsewhere or at other sellers.

Phenomenal deal. I love the laptop, but this seller of the refurbished model is what really gets it 5 stars. Don't hesitate to buy from them, absolute quality. Did a battery of tests and everything was perfect, even the battery was what I'll assume to be a brand new one. Every metric clocked perfectly. Fantastic condition. Packaged well. Great warranty. I'm a happy camper! One of the best purchases I've ever made.

I actually purchased 2 of these laptops, both advertised to be in excellent condition, which they were. I love the touch screen, size and weight of this laptop, but not so enchanted with the battery life, which on full charge only lasts a max of 2 hours or so. Both laptops have the 43Wh battery which I upgraded to 63Wh thinking my battery life would significantly improve, but that did not happen. That's okay though because I am only on about an hour a day anyway. However, why the 1 start rating is that both these laptops continually freeze up, which is terribly frustrating. And when they freeze, the only resolution is to power the off the laptop and re-boot. I don't like unreliable laptops and unfortunately I have found both of mine are exactly that. Sadly, for medical reasons, I did not start to use these laptops until after the return date expired, otherwise, they would have been returned. I have purchased other refurbished laptops from Amazon and they have all been excellent purchases. I guess I was due to run into a couple of lemons.

Esta computadora iba bien hasta llegar al 50 % de pila, lo cual sucedía en 50 min aproximadamente. Después de ahí se iba descargando la pila muy rapidamente, casi no duraba 15 minutos encendida. Hice la devolución a inicios de febrero y no ha procedido. No la compren, evítense todo el proceso

Funciona excelente la uso con un controlador de Dj y los stem funcionan perfectamente lo malo es que no funciona sin cargador

No me sirvió porque no detectaba el DD y no se pudo configurar por tal motivo lo regresé y ahora estoy esperando mi devolución.

No la pude usar porque venía configurada nada más para correo escolar o de trabajo, nunca me dejó configurarla, la tuve que devolver y todavía no me han reembolsado

Es el producto más feo que he visto, parece que la compu la sacaron de la basura. No volvería a comprar equipos renovados en Amazón, además se equivocaron en el cargador, la laptop necesitaba tipo C y enviaron circular. La laptop bien maltratada.
